Wichita Pride will host A Day of Unity – Celebrating “Five
Decades Forward – Stonewall 1969-2019” June 29, as part of the 2019 Wichita Pride Celebration. The day will begin by hosting a Unity March starting in Old Town Square (2nd and Mead), at 10am. The rally featuring guest speakers at the march’s end at Hyde Park is open to anyone.
2019 Pride Buttons ($5) will not be required for participation in the march but will be available for purchase in the Square, as well as, the 2019 Pride t-shirt.
Groups wishing to walk together should plan on grouping up in the Square before the march. For more events taking place throughout the day and/or more information about Wichita Pride, see: http://www.wichitapride.org/
