The Dream and Promise Act is scheduled for a floor vote in the House of Representatives after the House Judiciary Committee passed a clean Dream and Promise Act without any anti-immigrant amendments. This bill provides a pathway to citizenship for 2 million people with DACA, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) — they are all at risk of deportation if Congress does not act.
