Reuters says that insurance premiums could increase by 30 percent. CNN Money reports that the proposed legislation will be a gift that gives the wealthiest among us, the 1 percent with an annual income of $5 million and up, a $250,000 tax break in 2026. People with an income over $875,000 will see a tax savings of $45,000 a year.
