All rentals at the church are handled through Anne, our Office Manager or Carmen. We have a rental brochure on the table in the foyer that covers the rooms that are rented and the cost. This is for short-term or one-time renters. Those who have a long-term contract with us are given a 50% discount. This includes the churches that rent from us.
Pine Valley members may use the building for free as long as it is for personal reasons (i.e., birthday party, baby shower, etc.) or for a business or organization that is not for profit that they belong to. They must be a current member and present for the meeting. If it doesn’t qualify as a free event, then regular rental prices apply.
Mission Council just amended the policy to allow the Music Director and Pianist to also have usage of the building for free for music-related activities.
Again, of you are interested in using the building, please contact Anne or Carmen. You cannot just go into the office and put something on the church calendar. If you are not sure of when the building is used, the long-term rentals are shown on the calendar, on the website or on the wall calendar in the office. Sometimes, short-term rentals will also show depending on when they are requested.
