On Monday, March 17, the Team met to discuss a message we received from our top candidate in which they shared their compensation package needs. After much discussion, we asked for clarification on some of their financial needs so we have a better handle on all things financial.
Our candidate also explained that due to the unexpected loss of their family member, they may need more time to process the loss and deal with issues associated with the passing. We know we will be able to carry on with David’s leadership and ministry.
