The Thanksgiving Feast will be Sunday, November 23rd at Pine Valley. Please bring table service in addition to any food you have signed up for. We are honored to have the Life Transformation Church as our guests.
The Hospitality team only has three official members, and one of them is attending the Peace Rally in Georgia that weekend. Any help with setup and cleanup is very much appreciated.
Setup will be Saturday, November 22nd at 9:30 a.m. This is a change from the previously communicated time of 2:00 p.m, because of rental activity. All of the chairs will be removed from the Great Hall and the tables set up for the feast.
Signup sheets will be circulated at church on November 16th.
