We are collecting school supplies at PVCC for the “School Supply Landslide”. This program is sponsored by several local organizations, along with Wichita Public Schools. It makes basic school supplies available to children who would otherwise have difficulty obtaining them. Please help with this great program, and make it possible for children from poor or underprivileged backgrounds to be fully equipped for learning and growing. We will have a collection box at PVCC for ANY school items you can think of, but here are some suggestions:
- Pens and Pencils
- Notebooks
- Scissors
- Book Backpacks
- Paints
- Etc.
If you want to help, but don’t have time to shop, you can contribute specifically marked (“School Supply Landslide”) checks or cash envelopes to the PVCC collection, and we’ll do the shopping for you! This collection will continue through Sunday, August 18. Thanks for helping!
