For the Volunteers-Bring sale items no earlier than 4-8pm, on Sunday, April 29. (We love it when you unload your boxes and put your items on the tables.) Please have all items at the church by Tuesday, May 1. Bring bake sale items Tuesday, May 1.
We need workers! No early sales to anyone except full-shift workers, and items must be paid for by the end of each day.
4-8 pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. April 29-May 1: Set up, receive, sort, and place items on tables.
4-until we finish! Wednesday, May 2: Finish setting up and pricing. We need as many people as possible.
8am-5pm Thursday-Saturday, May 3-5: The BIG SALE! 4-hour shifts morning/afternoon. We REALLY need a lot of volunteers on Thursday!
Saturday, May 5, at 4:45pm we start tearing down and putting the Great Hall back in order for Sunday.
The sign-up poster is in the foyer and there are plenty of opportunities left. No experience is needed and we can find something for everyone to do.
If you have large items, or just too much to put in your car, we have a truck and helpers to get it to the church. Just call the church to schedule a time.
