Hospitality Spirit Team finished the year with a big bang. We kept very busy with all the special activities for 2015. The events that we covered were Spirit Fest in January; The Lenten Studies Dinners for 6 weeks; Easter Brunch in April; Mothers Day Breakfast in May; May Graduation Reception for PV graduates: Agape Feast in May; Fathers Day Breakfast in June; Ice Cream Social at Prairie Villa in August; Fall Festival Pot Luck in September; Thanksgiving Feast in November; and help with Meet and Greet Time on Christmas Eve. We also helped with the funeral reception for Bruce Addington. As you see we had a busy schedule to commit to for 2015.
Hospitality was running on a short string in kitchen help to carry out all of these events. People were more than willing to help when needed for set up and clean up. This is what we need for 2016, more people to help. Please consider what your spiritual gifts and calling are for the next year and becoming a part of the Hospitality Spirit Team.
Our next event is Spirit Fest, January 17 for a Soup and Chili Lunch after church. This Sunday is the last week to sign for what you can bring.
