As seen in the last Communicator, Dillons is changing the way they contribute to non-profit organizations. PVCC has signed up as a non-profit organization, participating in the Community Rewards program. Here are the steps needed to connect your Shopper’s Card to Pine Valley. Starting February 1, Pine Valley will receive a rebate based on everyone’s spending (food, pharmacy, etc.). No more having to add money to a Gift Card (Gift Card balance is still spendable). Continue to reload your Gift Cards until February 1.
To register your Shopper’s Card with PVCC, you have to have a valid email address. If you don’t have an email account, or want to create a new one for this registration, you can create one at www.gmail.com.
Go to www.dillons.com.
If you don’t have a Dillons account, create one (Click on Register in upper right corner). During registration, you don’t need to click the box that allows Dillons to send you weekly email. I’ve had an account for a while, and don’t receive any emails from Dillons.
If you already have a Dillons account, click on Sign In at the upper right corner.
Click on your name in upper right corner (takes you to Account Summary). Find “Plus Shopper’s Card”. Add your card number if it isn’t already there. Your card number is under the barcode on the back of the card.
Scroll down to “Community Rewards”. Add Pine Valley: either search for Pine Valley, or enter organization number (10330).
That’s all you need to do. Click on Sign Out in upper right corner.
I’ll plan on having a laptop at church the next few Sundays if you would like help in registering with Dillons.
Call or email with any questions you might have.
