What are you reading?
We had a creative and constructive discussion last Sunday as people shared a number of ideas for the pastoral search committee to consider as they work to complete our church profile. I want to give a shout out to Tim Naden and other members of the committee for organizing this opportunity.
Let me also extend thanks to those who are organizing and leading the Progressive Theology discussions and everyone who is attending. It is a good way to build our fellowship and learn together. Some of us are coming to progressive theology more recently and for others this is more of a refresher course, but it gives us all a common language and frame of reference, which is extremely helpful. I urge you to take time during the week to answer at least one question found in each chapter.
I am asking, myself, about topics for study in the future. The Teaching, Wisdom and Knowledge (TWK) Spirit Team and I would like to know what kinds of study would be of interest to you. Are you interested in theology, biblical study, world religions, something else? Let me prime the idea pump with a few suggestions, but these are only suggestions. Once the TWK Spirit Team and I put our heads together we may come up with something totally different.

Let me and the TWK Spirit Team know where your interests are, and together we will look for ways to continue to learn together.
