It’s official! We are excited and pleased to announce that Rev. Laurie Anderson has accepted our call to become our Senior Minister.
Rev. Anderson is an ordained DOC minister. She received her Master of Divinity from Saint Paul School of Theology and was ordained on July 17, 2016. She will be moving here from Dallas, TX where she served as Minister at Midway Christian Church.
One of Laurie’s references says: “She is as grounded as she is visionary, as prayerful as she is strategic, as rooted as she is radiant. Her presence heals. Her leadership catalyzes. Her preaching challenges and awakens. She sees what the church can be, and invites others to see it too.”
Rev. Anderson will begin working remotely on December 15. She expects to be in Wichita by the end of 2025. We look forward to welcoming Rev. Anderson and installing her as our Senior Minister.
