I am looking forward to this Sunday when Mr. Ed O’Malley, president and CEO of the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC), will be with us for our “Chat and Chew” and during our worship service. One of the flagship KLC programs is “Leadership and Faith: Transforming Communities.” I had the joy of talking with one Wichita pastor who has participated in this program and I have exchanged emails with other pastors who have done so. All of them are 100% enthusiastic about what participation in this KLC program has meant for them personally and what it has meant for the congregation. Mr. O’Malley’s presence is a great opportunity for us to learn about what our participation could mean for PVCC. I recommend that you go to the Kansas Leadership Center website between now and Sunday to get an overview of this excellent program. Then come to church on Sunday (9:00 for Chat and Chew) and warmly welcome Mr. O’Malley to PVCC!
