June 25, 2023 – PVCC continued our annual participation in the Wichita Pride Parade this year, walking about a mile from the Sedgwick County Courthouse down Main Street to Century II. Our contingent was a bit smaller than in years past, but no less enthusiastic. The crowd of bystanders especially enjoyed Paul’s motorcycle, with is nice-sounding pipes (rev’d up from time to time).
We shared a booth at the Pride Festival with Riverside Christian Church. Festival attendance was very good this year, and the number of booths was also larger than in previous years.
